The UIL Blending Solutions offices will be closed for the Christmas period from Friday 20th December, and reopen Thursday 2nd January.
Our holiday delivery dates are:
- For goods required during w/c 16th December (orders placed on or before 25th November): last dispatch date before Christmas is 19th December
- For goods required during w/c 2nd January (orders placed on or before 9th December): first dispatch date in 2014 for palletised foods) is 3rd January

Experienced Flavourist Joins UIL Blending Solutions
A big welcome to Debby Beattie, who joined UIL Blending Solutions in September as our new Product Development Manager.
Debby has worked for over 35 years' in the culinary and snack sector, with experience in food technology, chemistry and raw materials.
Debby will be focusing on product development while supporting our commercial team in building on the current range of flavours promoted by UIL Blending Solutions.

UIL Blending Solutions - Grade A BRC Audit
On Tuesday 30 April, UIL Blending Solutions officially retained their BRC (Britiish Retail Consortium) Grade A accreditation status. This followed a full two-day on site audit by an independent BRC auditor.
This accreditation lasts for a full calendar year, and demonstrates UIL Blending Solutions' ongoing commitment to continuously improving our quality management processes.

Universal Ingredients rebrands as UIL Blending Solutions
On 1 March 2013, we are pleased to announce the rebrand or Universal Ingredients and launch of:

We feel that this name change fully represents our present day offering, whilst retaining our heritage; the same family that has served the food and beverage industry with honesty, trust and integrity for over 25 years, will retain full ownership, and intend to build relationships with our valued customers, whilst seeking new and exciting opportunities.
